Agent Meet & Greet

Has it sunken in the year’s 2020 yet? 2019 marked Glen Nixon’s 40th anniversary at Dumfries Mutual. Many people were asking him about his future plans upon reaching this milestone. He was excited to recently announce his transition into retirement over the next few years.

We have assembled an enthusiastic team of experienced agents, knowing Glen’s transition was approaching. This team is committed to providing his clients with the high quality, personalized service they’ve come to expect. While all our policyholders are in excellent hands, Glen’s remaining in a consulting role over the next few years.

An open house was held for Glen’s clients on Thursday, February 27 at our office in Sheffield. This “Meet & Greet” provided an opportunity to congratulate Glen on his transition into his next phase and to meet their new agent. We were happy with a solid turn out despite unpleasant winter conditions. Many great conversations took place during this special event.

Glen considers it an incredible privilege to have served as an agent. While he’s thrilled about the future for his wife and himself in retirement, he’s also confident his clients will be well taken care of for many years!
