Home Systems Protection

This unique product takes the worry out of repairing or replacing your home’s systems and appliances. If you are paying monthly or annual extended warranty fees to multiple service providers, you can simply add one coverage to your residential insurance policy to cover all of these items – for pennies a day.

Coverage includes any sudden and accidental mechanical or electrical breakdown, bursting, cracking, or splitting, and resulting spoilage and reasonable expediting costs.

• Water lines connecting your structure to the public water system or your private well.
• Piping connecting your structure to an outdoor heating system. 
• Sewer lines connecting your structure to the public sewer system or your private septic system.
• Power lines, electrical lines, telephone, cable, and internet lines, which you own or are legally liable for.
